To pull off his biggest graffiti yet, The Miha Artnak didn't run from the law, but used a fake permit.
In the summer of 2011, The Miha Artnak did graffiti in the middle of the day because he tricked the wall's owner by showing him a fake authorization supposedly sent by the Ministry of Culture. Although someone called the police, Miha still had the owner's approval - making it legal to continue.

The Making-Of
Unofficial Approval
Application for the use of an external wall for a cultural project supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Slovenia
I request permission to use an external wall to create a discreet, apolitical line illustration that will last only 10 minutes and will be documented with professional video equipment. The project's aim is to present Slovenian youth culture to the broader European public as part of the European Capital of Culture in Maribor. I hope for a favorable resolution of this application.
Sincerely, Miha Artnak
