1. Overview: This document outlines the terms and conditions applicable to the purchase of the "Animal" artwork series. Each piece in this series is hand-painted upon order, ensuring a unique piece for every buyer.

2. Artwork Description: "Animal" is an unlimited series of hand-painted artworks. Each painting is created upon the specific order of the buyer, ensuring individual attention and uniqueness.

3. Order Process: Upon placing an order, the buyer must provide all necessary information, including shipping address and preferences for the digital aspects of the artwork.

The production of the artwork begins only after the order is confirmed and payment is received in full.

4. Pricing and Payment: The price of each "Animal" artwork will be stipulated on the artist's sales platform or directly communicated to the buyer.

Full payment is required at the time of order. Accepted payment methods will be listed on the sales platform or communicated by the artist.

5. Delivery of Physical Artwork:

Each "Animal" artwork is sold unframed and delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer.

The estimated delivery time will be communicated after the order is placed and may vary based on the artist’s workload and shipping location.

The buyer is responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred during shipping.

6. Digital Artwork and NFT:

Upon request, a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) corresponding to the purchased artwork, featuring a digital image of the painting, will be minted.

The NFT can either be sent to the buyer's digital wallet address or retained in the artist's wallet, based on the buyer's preference.

Ownership of the NFT is tied to the physical artwork but does not confer additional usage rights beyond personal viewing.

7. Intellectual Property Rights:

The buyer obtains ownership of the physical painting. However, all copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist.

The buyer is not entitled to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the artwork or its digital image without prior written consent from the artist.

8. Cancellations and Refunds:

Due to the bespoke nature of each hand-painted "Animal" artwork, orders cannot be cancelled once painting has commenced.

Refunds are not provided once an order is placed and confirmed, except in the case of damage during shipping, for which specific terms apply.

9. Damage During Shipping:

Any claims for damage must be reported to the artist within 48 hours of receipt, along with photographic evidence of the damage.

The artist reserves the right to assess the situation and offer a replacement or repair as deemed appropriate.

10. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from the purchase of "Animal" artworks will be resolved through mediation, and, failing that, through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of the artist's primary residence.

By placing an order for an "Animal" artwork, the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. .
